Now that her divorce is finally official, Britney Spears, 25, has hit a rough patch with another man in her life: manager Larry Rudolph.
“There is tension. He’s been trying to get her help, and she doesn’t feel she needs it,” a source tells Us Weekly of the star, who is said to be miffed at him for pushing her into rehab.
In fact, Rudolph ordered a pal not to take her calls the night she shaved her head. Says a source, “It was tough love.”
Another source says Spears is conflicted because “she only wants people around her whom she trusts as she works toward her comeback.”
That’s an all-natural comeback, by the way: A Spears rep denies rumors she had liposuction during a trip to Las Vegas on April 9.
That’s right, just one day after Kevin Federline, 29, left Las Vegas, Spears popped up in Sin City for her own desert retreat.
Brit, who stayed at the Wynn with a girlfriend and several bodyguards, hit the resort pool on Monday where, for the most part, she stayed out of sight in a cabana.
But the pop princess can’t stay undercover for long. Craving sushi, Britney dined at Nobu, inside the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, wearing an auburn bob wig, a straw cowboy hat and large sunglasses – because that won’t draw attention.
Nobu is apparently a hot-spot for divorcing celebs: K-Fed ate there three nights earlier and hit the Hard Rock pool on Saturday where onlookers say he hung out with friends and his attorney. Federline was spotted reading and signing documents poolside, according to a source. Perhaps it was Britney’s turn with the paperwork.
